In January of 2019 I created 30 paintings for the 30x30x30 show at Var Gallery. My initial proposal was for a static flip book with each painting being the equivalent of one page. After making them I wanted to see what they would look like if you could actually go through them like a flip book, that is what this video is for. 30 paintings, made with spray paint and over 300 layers of stencils. With the exception of the pattern background, all the layers were handcut.
